Nope. Like it says about 30 times before all over in this forum, your console's mac address is banned. Therefore you can't ever get on live with that console again. Your name isn't banned, so if you got a new console, you could still use the same name, but you would obviously need to buy one.

That was me, and yes you can change your MAC address far too easily for that to be the basis of banning. You get banned by a unique console ID found digitally stored on the mother board.

So basically when you can replace the motherboard you can re-access live? Dont think that can be done yet though.

As far as I know, yes, you'll need an entire new console... haven't looked too much into motherboard replacement though.

Why don't you just remove your modchip if you are using one and the return your console to where ever you got it and tell them you'd like to exchange it because it's freezing on you or PM me, I'll tell you a way to get another console and save some money. I'm not sure if plastering it out all over the site is a good idea.

Replacing the mother board will work since that's essentially the console. All there is to a 360 console is the motherboard (obviously with the CPU, GPU and heatsinks attached), DVD drive, fans and case. The question is where are you going to find an unbanned, non RROD 360 motherboard with the DVD key? The few I've seen on ebay have sold for almost as much a console without cables or a controller.
