You trusted the OE CFW which OE and M33 are coded by Dark_Alex.

So update to 3.52 M33-4 as marlino23 has suggested. Here is the files and mini-guide to help you install it.

3.52 M33 HERE

3.52 M33-4 HERE

3.52 firmware HERE

1.50 firmware HERE

Download the 3.52 M33 CFW linked above. Extract the file.

Download both the 1.50 and 3.52 firmware. You need to re-name the 3.52 firmware to 352.PBP the 1.50 firmware to 150.PBP. Then add them to the M33CREATOR folder.

Now copy the M33CREATOR folder to the PSP MS directory of ms0:/PSP/GAME folder.

Now go to game Menu Memory Stick and run the M33CREATOR.

After you run the M33CREATOR it should reboot back to the XMB. It should have created a 3.52 M33 update which you need to select in the Game Menu Memory Stick.

It will flash the files to the PSP and you should be at 3.52 M33 firmware. If it is then format your MS.

Now extract the 3.52 M33-4 update.

Drag the PSP folder that is in the update M33-4 into the root of the MS overwriting the files when it asks you to. Now go to Game Menu Memory Stick and run the m33-4 update. This will only take a few seconds.

After the update is finished check and make sure it says 3.52 M33-4 for firmware. If it does say 3.52 m33-4 then format the MS 1 more time.

You are now updated to 3.52 M33-4.

Now go into recovery menu and follow the below...

Go into recovery mode (Hold R shoulder button down while turning on PSP)

Now go to configuration then to UMD MODE and keep pressing X till you see Sony NP9660 NO UMD.

When it is set to the above setting go to BACK and press X.

Now go to ADVANCED and press X.

Go to ADVANCED CONFIGURATION and press X.

Make sure all the settings here are disabled.

Now EXIT out of recovery.

---------------------------------------------------

After updating to 3.52 M33-4 download this SEPLUGINS file.

Extract it and drag the seplugins folder to the root of your Memory Stick.

Now go into recovery mode. Hold down the R trigger button and turn on your PSP. This will boot you into recovery mode. Now go to plugins and enable the POPSLOADER plugin.

This will load the pops version menu when you run a PSX game. You can select a pops version 3.00 - 3.52 to load for your PSX game. Choose 1 and see if it works with the PSX game.

If it works then leave it on that version. The next time you play the PSX game it will load that pops version with the PSX game.

If it doesn't work then hold down the R trigger button while booting the PSX game and the pops version menu will come up again so you can try a different version..

Dark_Alex just reveled he was the coder for M33 Yesterday.

You can skip the kxploitpatcher part of the guide above (I edited out above) no need to run it since your at 3.03 OE.

3.71 M33 is out now but there is no 1.50 support for it yet. He is supposed to release an add on for it soon. But if you don't run anything that needs 1.50 kernel then after updating to 3.52 M33-4 you can upgrade to the new 3.71 M33. (The popsloader plugin I linked above will not work with the new 3.71 M33)
