Sorry for my second complaint so soon, guys, but I need a bit more help. Thanks to a member, I was able to understand Kernel modes, however it seems I am missing another component. As I attempted to update, it said "Verifying 371.pbp......Cannot open file <0x80010002>". If anyone knows how to solve this problem, I think I can proceed to update and not bother anyone else tonight. Thanks in advance.

i think that error means you have it in the wrong folder?
is it inside the UPDATE folder with the EBOOT?
