burnout dominator freezin!!??

hey guys, i have backed up all of my games and rebuilt fifa etc so know how to go thru the motions....

recently backed up my copy of burnout dominator and the game loads fine, until into the factory series, 2nd series of races that the 4th race freezes upon load!! when i reloaded the game and got to the same point i tried the next race which loaded fine, just seems to be the 1 race that wont work!! any1 else had this, know what i can do?
