Hi i recently started to burn ps2 games ,and there are two files, left over, an mds file and an iso file(I use decryptor?. I usually pick the iso files , and the games work fine, however some people say you should pick the mds file , what do you guys suggest? Also I burn the ps2 game with 4x speed , and is that a good speed to burn the game with?

Thanks

I believe dvd decrypter will burn either one .mds or .mdf
and yes 4x is a great speed for burning.

I always preffer .iso but .mds/.mdf is also acceptable.
They all work.

The .mds file is a descriptor file for the .iso (or .mdf if you use that format instead). Either way, it's always best to load an image through the descriptor file.

In other words, when loading/burning images, always do so using the .cue, .ccd, or .mds file (it will usually be one, though pick .ccd over .cue if you see both).
