Did you do a full powerscan? What provider are you on and where are you located. Also press menu, config and system info and post what it says please.

Your firmware is out of date I would recommend updating it. But thats another story.
I am in Dublin also on N** so I know it not a problem with N**.
Go to menu, installation, user installation and tell me how many transponders it shows.

Hi , before you do a power scan , you should always delete the channels as you end up with channels saying no signal , do that first , then do your power scan ,when you power scan it may preset the incorrect symbol rate , so when in normal enter your start freq at say 250 and your end freq 500 , make sure the symbol rate is 6887 , then go back up and change the normal to full scan and press ok . this should find your transponders.

No problem do as I said go to menu, installation, user installation, check what frequencies it has in there, post the frequencies your box has here. BTW there is some work going on at the moment so some transponsers are been affected.

tried that and i now have 121 Channels, thanks a Million.
while i have the attention of someone who knows what they're talking about could you tell me is it possible to scan for just 1 Channel without risking the whole lot?
i'm really keen to get this Liverpool FC Channel (that's what got me into all the trouble in the first place).it was Rangers TV up to last Weekend but NTL have changed it now.

Thats why I have asked for your frequency list to see which ones you are missing?

Now you are only missing 394.500 and 402.000. To add these go to menu, installation, user installation and use the on button guide to add frequencies. Info button will name them as you like preferably 0013 and 0014.
I posted this solution nearly three week ago :)

For any frequency that you want to manually scan you select it in your list first by pressing OK when it is highlighted, ( a tick will appear beside the one you select), then you press the blue button to manually scan that frequency.
But as I state in the link you must add the two missing frequencies first.

No problem if you are still having problems with LFCTV you can do as grace said and change the frequency by 500Hz although they are still messing about with it and it may settle after a day or two. What frequency did you choose 394.000 or 394.500. I have it on 394.000 and not a problem with it.
