Heyyy guys
if i've been on xbox live silver everyday for the last forever, downloading demos, using the messenger, everything.
I even used to play Backups online when i had my first free month.
If i get xBox live now and play online will that make more of a risk of me getting banned?

You will be banned if you attempt to go online with a flashed DVD drive (at least the last time I checked; things shouldn't be too different now). MS can detect that sort of thing and will shut your LIVE account down if you attempt to play a game online with a flashed drive.

I say try it in see.Iv'e played backups plus orignals online for 6 months now I made it threw the bannings. I guess when they got your number thats it doesnt matter what you do.Orig or not.Plus I believe that even if you have a silver account and have been on live you still can get banned,so if you made it this far go for it.Just dont be upset if you do get banned down the road.

just upgrade your firmware to iXtreme 1.2 and use stealth patched games and you wont get banned...
