iso sites for games that I own?

I have a few games that I own and want to put them on my psp. When I downloaded the game from the site it takes like a second to download, but says that it is 473mb. Should it only take a few seconds, approx. 2 seconds? I have yet to downgrade my psp, but have all the files that i need onto my psp. I can't put this in the psp to test if it is right. I AM GETTING LUMINES( IT'S IN THE MAIL)! THOUGH! anyways, Anyone know the answer to my question? thanks!
