im trying to make the files with my friends 3.03 oe-c and its saying game cannot be started up? wtf is wrong? please help, and thanks in advance.

Go into recovery menu.

Hold R trigger down while booting the PSP.

When in recovery menu go to configuration then GAME FOLDER and change the kernel to 1.50 then exit recovery mode and it should now work.

how can you restore your battery? its keeps going to auto boot.

start the psp with the battery removed, and plugged into the charger. when it starts up and goes into the xmb, put back the battery, go to the pandora's battery creator, and choose make into a regular battery.

you did backup the eeprom, right?
