Well, im getting the new PSP

and being a HUGE starwars fan, i cant wait to get it.
But what im here for is to ask if this psp is going to be moddedable or not. I dont know 1 thing about modding psp, im a ex-Xbox hard/softmodder and a ex-Gamecuber modder. Any help would be more then helpful, all i know is im getting this psp.
The tekken forums are the only place you can talk about wang and get away with it

the psp slim is moddable, in the sense that custom firmware can be put. BUT, in order to get custom firmware on your psp slim, you will need to find a friend who has a psp running custom firmware already.
what you need to get custom firmware on your psp slim is pandora's battery/magic memory stick for the psp slim.
ps2: v7 scph-39001 - independence exploit - hdloader 0.8c - maxtor 300gb hdd
(+[__]%) psp slim ta-085v1: 6.60 PRO B10
wii (powered by bootmii/priiloader): 4.1u - d2x v10beta53-alt (base 56) - configurable usb loader v70r51/devolution r188 - wd scorpio black 7200rpm 320gig w/ ams venus ds2 enclosure
got a whole lot more to list . . .

Are all the slims out in the U.S.? They delayed the launch of all the PSP2's [EDIT:] IN CANADA after the release of the Daxter bundle (which was promptly cracked)...

star wars limited edition psp slim is released a week later on the 9th.

US release dates, CAN it's the 18th or so for the psp2, I'm just wondering if they pushed the release date (was supposed to be sept 18th wasn't it?) because they're going to try to put up some more security?

it's probably a marketing ploy. people wouldn't want the daxter bundle after they got their slim. so sony released the daxter bundle first.

Perhaps I'm not being clear enough..
After the PSP2 (slim, lite, whatever) was cracked Sony pushed the date of the PSP2 core back. I'm curious as to the reason of this, however I suppose we'll have to wait to see..

w00t! I had a psp silver slim, but I decided I want the ceramic white one instead. However, I'm not such a StarWars fan, so mine will be just plain white.

I don't like the silver.. but last time we got into a colour debate people got angry ;)
Also, the fact that you're name is guano amuses me.
I just hope sony hasn't /TRIED/ to add some more security... cause it'll take another couple weeks for us to get homebrew ;)

I wonder how people feel about the slim.. cuz I still feel I should stick with the regular psp... the psp slim can be modded but its missing quite a few of the old stuff...
