had vista since like march, just recently i my vista is constantly running and my vista cpu gadgets is showing 100% usage and the mouse has the hourglass next to the pointer nonstop.

this happens right from the start up and ive search and tried many things and cant seem to fix it. iv heard things from itunes, skype, startup programs, restore and defag being reasons but i dont know what it is.

I really need help my comp was perfect and fast before thsis issue!!
