DBox 2 stopping on loading kernel

my nokia dbox2 won't boot up it stops at loading kernel I have sportster 1.7 loaded i have tried re flashingbut something seems to be stopping my network connection i have a null modem cable connected along with a crossover cable this is the ifa log:-
