How to remove chapters in a VIDEO_TS folder?

I have all the files of a movie in a VIDEO_TS folder. The problem is that the movie is not edited correctly. I would like to remove all the chapters. I tried to use DVD Shrink. I was able to remove the Menu, and the first part of the video that had a small arrow in the lower left hand corner. Later in the recording there is part of a commercial that I wanted to remove also. I was able to do all this in DVD Shrink. When I went to burn it, there was two titles, but within these titles, there many chapters. I want to remove the chapters completely. Can someone tell me how I can do this?

What I meant was that I just want a seamless movie without any splits.

Chapters breaks can be removed by demuxing then remuxing the original files from the DVD.
The new DVD will be one long chapter.

Demux the original video with 'Rejig'.
Choose IFO mode.
Select VTS_01_0.IFO from the video folder.
Output the Video and Audio as separate streams.
Exit when complete.

Select DVD Author.
Load the Video and Audio streams and create a new DVD Folder.
