Im just wondering cuz highlighting all the files and chosing extract here didnt work(but it did for Tales of Destiny and Naruto Accel) so im wondering what to do...or is it just a bad file?

Extract just the first folder in the series-the one with the .00 extension, it will pull the information from the other folders automatically and your end result should be a single ISO which you can then burn to DVD...
