I have an upgraded psp 3.40 oe-a, but I have games that already play at 3.50 or above.
Could anyone tell me what should I update to and how to do it.
And once upgraded, is it as easy to copy over games like in 3.40 oe-a or do I have to download a program like Devhook?

You will also need the 1.50 EBOOT and 3.52 EBOOT files. You can get these here and here.
You will have to extract the EBOOT files. Name the 1.50 EBOOT to 150.PBP and the 3.52 EBOOT to 352.PBP.
Now take the M33CREATOR folder and place it on your PSP at this location: ms0:/PSP/GAME150/
Now place both the 150.PBP and 352.PBP files into the M33CREATOR folder on your PSP.
You can now disconnect your PSP from your computer and run the update. After it has finished it will have created another icon on your PSP, run this, after that has finished you will have firmware 3.52 M33.
Make sure your battery charge is above 75% and/or has a charger plugged in before you do the update.

Hey, I tried to do what you had said, but the updates appeared as corrupted files. Tell me if I did something wrong:
I first got the 3 files you told me to get.
Then I went ahead and copied over the M33creator folder with all the other things within the first file (the one that contained the 3.52 update files) unto my ms0:PSP/GAME/ which is the only folder I have that says game and contains all of the updates.
I do not have the Game150 folder, but I don't think it matters.
And then finally I attempted to run the updater, but they appeared as corrupted files.
Could you please tell me what I have done wrong?

Make a GAME150 folder and see if that works, copy over the M33CREATOR folder to it, then the 150.PBP and 352.PBP files, make sure they go inside the M33CREATOR folder, and that they're not accidentally named "150.PBP.PBP" by accident. The only other thing i can think of is if you forgot to extract one of the files, eg: Left it as a RAR file.
