When connecting my charger to my PSP, I think the yellow ring around the tip of the 5 volt charger got stuck in the slot. This causes all of my chargers to not fit in all the way, therefore I can't charge it. I've tried to pry it out with a needle, ive tried to melt into it with a hot needle, let it cool, then pull it out, and nothing works at all.

Anyone have ideas how to get it out?

dont really know how to fix it, but you could always get them chargers in which you have to take out the battery and then put it in a external charer. e.g. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/PSP-3-6V-2200mAH-R...1QQcmdZViewItem

Ok man thanks I'll look into that. I'm thinking my best bet is to try to call sony and see what they have to say about it. I know its not under warranty because I bought the PSP on the day it came out, but maybe its a defect or something.

Yeah, called sony, they basically told me to shove it up my ass and to pay 89.99 for a refurbished PSP. There has to be a simpler solution here.
