magic memstick files easy installer?

does anyone have a magic memory stick easy installer that i can use to get the files on my mem stick? i already have a pandora battery but need the memstick files. i need one that doesnt reqrire another homebrew psp cuz me or my family/friends dont have a homebrew psp. thnx any help is appreciated.
