Is custom firmware M33 the same as OE

Please tell me if when they say custom firmware 3.03 OE and up includes 3.71 M33
i also would like to know if there is any difference between Mee and OE
Could you also tell me if custon firmwares can be upgraded

oe and m33 are both custom firmwares by dark alex,3.52m33-4 is the latest and best one at the moment

what do you mean
so if they say that something is suited for OE it is also suited for M33
also what do you mean by 3.5something being the best
and 1 last question can you upgrade custom firmwares and downgrade them

2:3.52m33-4 is the most stable and can play all the latest games
and has more features
