i wanna know...instead of getting custom firmware and risking our brand new PSPs.... why cant we just name our isos/and csos as EBOOT.PBP instead and have the psp play it safely...?

itll say the copyright info is invalid like backed up eboots do ion official firmware. tahts definatley something to paly with... a very simple thought but something isnt right about it ecause it wouldve bneen done already... i think its cuz it has to be signed by sony.

Can you have more than one file of the same name in any given directory? Nope. Aside from that, it wouldn't work for a few other reasons.
