and ive done some research that sony made this thing ever since 3.03 so u cant recover it back is there any way i can get it fixed or to another custom firmware?

you can still upgrade to custom firmware if you are currently on CFW, and as for the Sony security thing, there is not much you can do about it. Don't even bother upgrading to M33 3.71 CFW,since it lacks to 1.50 kernels, so upgrade to either CFW 3.51 M33 (even though i hate it-ive got cfw 3.40 oe-a and it works fine) and you should be alright

Your PSP can be fixed. You use recovery to reload 1.50 then install CW 3.72M33. 3.71M33 now has a Kernel patch, only problem is that not many plugins are supported yet!!!, If you don't mind having Sony's themes then upgraded to 3.71M33.
The other way to fix a bricked PSP is to use Pandora's Battery.

Quote: Signatures
These rules exist to make viewing the forum as pleasant as possible to all users. Even though you might think signatures with large pictures look cool, some might find them extremely annoying.
1. Text-only signatures should have at most 5 lines of text.
2. An image-only signature should be less than 50kb in size, and be at most 500 pixels wide and 200 pixels tall.
3. If you use an animated picture in the signature, it should not be too distractive. Eg. blinking images or images with quick movement are not allowed.
4. If you want to use both text and image in your signature the image should not be more than 500 pixels wide and 100 pixels tall, and you can use up to three lines of text.
5. All the abovementioned rules for forum posts apply also to the signatures.
Violation of these rules does not lead to an immediate ban. However if requested user must edit his or her signature to fit these guidelines.

Well, yes, it is too big, without text it can be 500x200 pixels so you'd be fine, but you've got a line of text which brings it down to 500x100 (You can have up to 3 lines of text like this, or 5 lines of text with no picture at all).
I do think the rules with sigs are a bit lax anyway, 500x200 is far too big...
EDIT: You do not know how annoying it is when someone beats you... i officially hate you fox :P

the only security measure was the introduction of the new ta-082 and ta-086 motherboards. but that is gone. all psp's can be downgraded now. and still update to new official firmware (but who wants to do that)
the 1.50 eboot is not what is used for recovery. you will have to download the recovery folder.
