Problem making wiikey setup disc, filechop

I have a Wiikey, I finally got a Jap game I want to play. So I donwloaded the wiikey setup disk and 1.9 patch

they come with a program called filechop.exe that basically makes the 40mb file turn into a 1.4gb image so that the wii will recognize it.

When I run the command line filechop.exe wkupdate.1.9b.us.iso 1459978240 as instructed my command line states "Program too big for memory" I tried 2 PCs, both 2gb ram, tried typing it in the run command too. whats up?

Ok, easiest solution for this is, use nero, because u just burn the image and nero automatically fixes it for you. Do you have nero?

yes i use nero for my primary burning software. anything specific i need to set?

i didn't so im pretty sure no, just write from image, tell me how it goes. Well to be honest i dragged the iso on the fixsize but didnt do anything so yeh. Goodluck!
