Hello,

My PSP is running the 3.52 M33-4. I have two questions:

1) Is there a way to take screen shots in-game?

2) I found out I purchased a fraud Sony 4GB stick, and am still waiting to get it replaced by a real SanDisk 4GB one, so this problem may be due to the fact that I'm currently still using the fake stick, in which case please just let me know if that's the fast answer to why this is happening. But otherwise: Out of a total of 7 iso's/cso's I've copied into the P:\ISO folder, only 2 of them show up in the PSP's GAME>Memory Stick menu, and, out of those 2, only one of them plays. Of course, that's a drastic failure rate. In case it helps, here's the rundown of the games:

Dungeon Siege.cso - Doesn't appear.
Field Commander.cso - Works 100%.
Ghost in the Shell.iso - Doesn't appear.
Jeanne.cso - Appears, but doesn't start up at all.
Monster_Hunter_1.cso - Doesn't appear.
Worms.cso - Doesn't appear.
WormsOpenWarfare.iso - Doesn't appear.

As for what's set in my Recovery Options, here's everything I saw that I assumed might be helpful to give, but please let me know if there's any other information I should provide:
Game folder homebrew: 1.50 Kernel
UMD Mode: Sony NP9660 -NO UMD-
Fake region: Disabled
Free UMD Region: Enabled

Thanks! :)

change the kernel mode to 3.52 in recovery
make sure the iso name is short
go to advanced/advanced config and disable the 2 options

OR you could use a screenshot plugin that offers clarity and full colour instead of smudgy images like capture.prx.

Try screenshotbmp.prx by Nekokabu. That module RULES!

Hello,

To take screenshots, I found and downloaded screenshotbmp.prx, as part of a 'remotejoy and screenshoot' bundle, but where do I put the prx file in the PSP?

Please let me know if it needs anything else as well, if not only the screenshotbmp.prx. For example, the archive contained a 'remotejoy' folder and a 'screenshoot_bmp' folder as well.

Thanks :)

Hello,

I'm finally using a real SanDisk 4GB card now ('MagicGate Supported'), but I still get a few cso/iso's that give me a 'can't be played' error. Some can, some can't. I'm not sure if I'm using the best settings, or what the problem is..

Also, I'm not sure I know how to fully set up a screenshot-taking plugin. I did the vsh.txt thing, and enabled the plugin, but I only get black screen images saved. This is what I downloaded:

remotejoy (folder with 14 files in it)
screenshot_bmp (folder with 3 files in it)
README (text document that doesn't give any clear instructions)
remotejoy.prx (PRX file)
screenshotbmp.prx (PRX file)
usbhostfs.prx (PRX file)

Any help with either of the two problems would be great.
Thank you
