ive been off the psp scene for a while .and my friend has just got a psp but ive noticed it has gold writing in the top corners of the board where you put the umd is it still impossible to downgrade to custom firmware or is there now a way thanks.

Theres no DOWNGRADE to custom firmware, you downgrade to 1.5 to update

to a custom firmware which 3.52 m33-4 to me is the best. It's

depending on his system software/version to see which way to get to

1.5 firmware. You can either use th 2.71 downgrader to 1.5.

[theres downloads for ta-082 motherboards and NON ta082.]

or update to official 3.03 sony firmware for the GTA:liberty city

stories*unpatched* downgrader exploit or update to 3.50 to use the

lumines:puzzle fusion exploit. When using games to downgrade to 1.5,

it doesn't matter on what motherboard you have. It will patch it for

you. You can find out how to downgrade by using google or this here

but if the firmware is higher than 3.50 you will need a pandora battery to downgrade
