I really need someones help here!

I own a PSP Slim 3.60 M33

My PSP opens i hear the UMD, I see a black image only and does not start.I have complete access to Recovery menu but no flash0 backup...

:-(

What i did was trying to install a custom theme in my PSP, and did not loaded.(Ok I know that it was stupid)

:-(

So what can I do now. If I "install" again through pandora the CFW over the old will that fix the flash0 problem and be able to boot my PSP?Do I have to load the new FW 3.71?

Basically any solution will be precious!

Do I have to use the DA Unbricker?

One more thing ... Will I get to play games from my MS in ISO after the Unbrick

Please Help someone ..

Thank you for your time.... :-(

Hi there

i have the same problem
also updated from 3.60 to 3.60 m33
had no problems so far
then i was stupid enough trying to change the xmb
and it bricked same as anastako
unlike him i did make a backup
so i formatted flash 0 and flash 1
and copied the original folders back to flash 0 and flash 1
at this point the psp turns on but i got a black screen
and after a minute it turns off by itself

then i read this forum and did what you said
now when i turn it on it looks like everything is ok
but as soon as it try`s to load the xmb the screen freezes
and again turns itself off after a minute

can sombody please help me don`t no what to do next

Can someone help me? I change the flash0 (whole) of mine with one I download from internet and it semi-bricked, I have a full access to recovery mode.

I tried the 1.50 recovery downgrader, but when the process start, i got this message in pink :

Doing preparations...
Update Flasher by Dark_AleX
PSAR extraction code from psardumper (by PspPer).
You are about to flash your PSP.
Press X to start. By doing it, you accept the risk and ALL the responsibility of what happens.
If you don't agree press R button
(I press the X button and the process start)
error 80010002 loading/starting lflash_fatfmt.prx
errorr 80010002 loading starting lpl_update.prx
Loading PSAR to RAM...done (memstick is not needed anymore).
Version 1.50
Formatting flash0...PANIC: error formatting flash0.
done
Creating directories...PANIC : error creating directories.
done
Writing ipl...PANIC: error clearing IPL.
PANIC : error writing IPL
done
writing files...100%
Process finished
Press X to restart the PSP

that's the process i got when I use the 1.50 recovery downgrader,I did that in both 1.50 kernel and 3.71 kernel.
After I press x for restart, i still got the BSOD, it still semi-bricked and nothing change.

Can someone please tell me how to fix my problem other than Pandora battery method ? or Pandora battery is the only way ?
(my psp is Fat PSP one in 3.71m33-2 CFW)

My Phat PSP History : 1.50 > 3.40 OE-A > 3.52 M33-4 > 3.71 M33-2 (semi-bricked) > 1.50 (Recovered) > 3.40 OE-A > 3.52 M33-4 > 3.71 M33-4 > 3.80 M33-2 > 3.80 M33-5 > 3.90 M33-2 + 1.50 Subset.

I really wanted to know your experience cuz I don't really understand the readme of D_Alex universal unbricker.

Just tell me what you did 1 by 1
