OK, so i know this is gonna sound like a answered question! but i cant seem to get NBA Live 08 to run, i have a PAL console and im pretty sure theres no update on the disk, it has been reported to work on pal via gbatemp but i cant get it to run! i cant find comments anywhere on whether to brick blocker/ regionfrii it. any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
Same region game on console go and update it, you can test the game to see if it has an update, it won't update your wii without your notice, it asks you i think even twice so don't worry bout it updating without your permission.
oh no, dont worry aboutthat. ive been on the fourms for ages and i know all about that. im really sorry i didnt specifiy but the game is NTSC, i dont hink the PAL release is out for a nother couple of weeks.
it comes up with the unable to read disk error, with the big question mark. im burning again (patched to PAL without brick blocker to see how it goes.) ill reply to say.
regionfrii and wii brickblocker are only really for a run around for updates and to make some games work, check out the compatibility list from wiki about wii games.
If it doesn't have any updates on it just go and burn it straight
don't think i helped much but yeh no probs hahaha, again if no update then u dont need to run wiibrickblocker and regionfrii does'nt apply to all games because of the way the game is coded n what not.
