Starview pvr wont flash

Hi there im new to the forum

I got the starview pvr today and i do the ok exit ok exit thing once "on" is displayed on the box, then load up the pvr loader and select firmware and click download, then it comes up download failed, retry or cancel

Is there anything im doing wrong?
