While dumping the nand from one of my fat PSP's running 3.71m33-2 it gave this msg...

Bad block at page 30208 block 944
" " " " 30240 " 945
" " " " 31522 " 986
" " " " 31584 " 987

Is this a problem if I need to use the dump at a later stage and if it is can I fix it and how.

I don't think it is a problem, I dumped my Nand blind (PSP slim) but from what I read almost all nand's have bad blocks. (It's what makes your nand dump not work on another psp) Your nand dump knows where your bad blocks are, and thus works around them.
