I was checking back in now that I have another batch of PSP's to unbrick, and I was wondering if there was any progress so that when I unbrick them I can put official firmware on them. They are all TA-82 motherboards so when I unbrick them I cannot do an update (like for a new game) I do not want to have custom firmware on these PSP's I want to restore them to factory setup so if I sell them used people that want them to just play normal games can play all the titles that are out and wont have any problems if there is a firmware update neccissary to play the game.
Thanks

Create a Pandora Battery using this GUIDE.

If you already have a Pandora Battery and Magic Memory stick then skip the above step.

Once you have the Pandora battery + Magic Memory Stick download Dark_Alex Universal Unbricker HERE.

Follow the read me file included in the download to modify the Magic Memory Stick which will allow you to recover to original 3.71 firmware (Select O to recover to original 3.71 firmware)

I would assume after recovering to original 3.71 firmware they will be able to update to higher firmware when and if it comes out.

This does work I was bored and tried it on my TA-82 board.

I recovered to 1.50 then tried updating to 3.71 offical and it said it couldn't because the structure wasn't correct something like that. So I created the universal unbricker and recovered directly to 3.71 official PSP firmware.
