3.71 update problem (DRNFFFFFFCD)

I download the latest update from sony which is 3.71, when i go to install it i get the following message

"The system configuration of this PSP system does not appear to be correct. The update cannot be completed. Contact technical support for assistance. (DRNFFFFFFCD)"

Does anyone have any idea what this is about? thanks in advance!.

it sounds like you got a corrupt id storage due to a downgrader,google chilly willy's key cleaner see if that works
