ok ive burnt the iso to dvd-r and the game loads up very slow and jumpy takes about ten minutes to load.i burnt it at 4x what seems to be my problem?

What version of PS2 are you using? Fat or slim?

What game is it?
What disc are you using? DVD+R or DVD-R?
What is the max rated speed of disc?

fat ps2 with swap magic
dvd-r
ive just reburnt game to a dvd+r and it loads a bit faster and not so jumpy could it just be the media? as im using ones called bulkpaq?if i was to buy some better discs would that help me
