I'm just curious to know which firmware is most reccomended.
I know it depends on what you're gonna do with it, for me I need at least 3.3X+ to play some of my psp games.
What do you all suggest?
Are the recent 3.7X firmwares any good? ...or should I not even bother with it?
Just wondering =P

PSP History: 2.71 > 3.30 > 3.50 > 1.50 > 3.30 oe-a > 3.71 m33-2 > 1.50 > 3.52 m33-4 > 3.71 m33-2 > 1.50 > 3.10 oe-a > 1.50 AND IT WON'T UPGRADE TO 2.0!

I've heard there have been some saving problems with the 3.7X firmware...is it true?

PSP History: 2.71 > 3.30 > 3.50 > 1.50 > 3.30 oe-a > 3.71 m33-2 > 1.50 > 3.52 m33-4 > 3.71 m33-2 > 1.50 > 3.10 oe-a > 1.50 AND IT WON'T UPGRADE TO 2.0!

no it's totally stable with the 150 kernel addon 2 and the 3.71m33-2 update,alot of people are complaining because some plugins won't work,i don't use many so it doesn't bother me none plus changing the theme is mega easy lol

I recommend using 3.52 M33-4 as it is the most stable CFW out there and besides, 3.71 M33 isn't stable as a lot of people came into semi and full bricks. Right now stick with the mediums, don't alwayz go for the latest firmware.

My PSP life: 1.50>2.00>2.71>3.03> 3.30(Noooo!!!)>3.50>3.50HEN>1.50>3.40OE-A>3.52M33>1.50.3.40OE-A>3.52M33>3.52M33-4>1.50>3.40OE-A>3.52>3.52M33-4

Plainin to get the slim (moddified) BUT IT THE ONLY THING IS THAT IT HAS NO 1.50 KERNEL!{^_^}

i was searching through maxconsole forums and found alot of methods on unbricking 3.71m33. 3.52m33-4 allows all your plugins while 3.71m33-2 lets you play the latest game out.i'm sticking with 3.52m33-4 as i need some plugins that don't work on 3.71m33.
