PSX games with a swapper

So I have SwapMagic 3.6, and I realized not a long time ago that it can't swap PSX disks. What I was thinking is to put a few PSX games on a DVD along with any .elf loader. Because the .elf files load in about the same way as SLUS/SLES files through System.cnf in a string BOOT2 = , I would think that that would work. If I rename SLUS/SLES files into .elf's, isn't that should work when I use .elf launcher?
