Is there a way to enable flash games on the psp without an internet connection? I'm on firmware 3.71.

Sorry Basketbot, but the only way to update your flash player is by Sony releasing a later version realeased in a new FW.

Well Asheroo, you can't enable flash player without an Internet connection. But you can use the pandora's battery to downgrade it then upgrade to a CFW wich in the recovery mode will give you an option to enable Flash Player and also WMA playback without the use of internet connection.
