I bought a psp from a pond shop and it already had 3.02 OE-B firmware installed but none of my cso files work when I put them in the game folder it says no game data what do I do should I get different firmware and if yes what and how would I down or upgrade it

your problem is the folder of the cso. it doesn't go into the game folder. it goes into the ISO folder, which is in the root of the memory stick. (ms0:\ISO)

if you don't have that folder, then create it, in all caps.

it's better if you upgrade your firmware to 3.52 m33-4. make's things easier.
