I need help, i download the cogswap ELF file, i had a moded ps2, but i have nothing to boot the DVD backups with

my ps2 will boot up ps1 back ups no problem i htink i have a neo 2.2, i followed some video tutorial on how ot get the elf file on a cdr, i put it on the cdr and all it does is i get a PSX logo (with no picture just black) and says playstation and stops there

how do i boot up the cogswap, i cant find a damn game shark lower then version 3 or a action replay 2 ANYWHERE i need something to boot with, Please help

If you click my name to the left I have a Ulaunch 4.08, that has cogswap on it. Burn it to CD with Imgburn. I burn it to DVD, but it should burn to CD as thats how it was made. You can try it.
Alternatively I do have a gameshark2 v3 for CD, and an action replay max, but it requires Swap Magic.
Personally I think you would be best off purchasing a Swap Magic disc set.
