Hey..

I haven't been able to play Halo 3 in about 2 days now... every time I try to play I get this message... I have called support and haven't got any help.... I wasted 3 hours talking to someone in INDIA! When I asked to be transfered to a supervisor or someone in America or Canada they hang up on me... Any suggestions!?

what is your internet speed?
i have the same problem on weekends during the high trafic times, seems to get real bad when my speed drops below 400 kbps.

Whelp, I do know I got that same error a bunch when I had my first copy. My first copy was scratched just a little bit, and it'd give me that error most of the time. It eventually just got so bad that it started giving me the unable to load content error, so I had it exchanged.

Any scratches on your disc?

Also, maybe try to open up the required ports for xbox live on your router.

I posted this before, let the game fully load at the start then try it. It worked for me. I havent been able to play matchmaking for a fortnight till today.

this happens to me all the time.

i unplug the network cable, then plug back in and reconnect to xbl
if that doesnt work, make sure your NAT settings on your router are set to open.

no more issues after doing all that for me, with a nice deep ring scratch in my H3 disc from the 360 tipping over in mid disc spin.

thanks for that suggestion. I have never stood my xbox up ever. I have always laid it downso I have never damaged a disc.PS they can be repaired
