It seems really complicated. This is what I am trying to do.
I have a modded ps2 with a dms3 chip. A while back I found a cd online that replaced the dms explorer with hd loader.

In hd loader i installed a program i don't think its key loader but similar and i can boot elfs from memory card, hdd, or usb. It also lets me copy and paste files.

My friend has an unmodded ps2 and I remember reading about booting hdloader from a psx game. [url=http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/376674][/url]

Is there a way I can use my modded ps2 to get the file on my memory card and then copy it to his memory card. Also my modded ps2 can no longer read disc because the laser is dead.

if you start the AR image from your hdd you`re be able to copy the exploit from a thumbdrive to any memory card(but you have to make the title.db for the ps1 game shown in the video)
