So I'm a girl and not all that great with technology but I want to know how to play cso file games on my psp. i'v downgraded to 1.50 firmware but beyond that i have no clue what to do. Can anyone PLEASE give me easy understandable directions on how to do this? Also is there a way i can do this and still play my umd games I already have? Thanks

whats up. Thats cool your in the psp modding scene. Your better than noobs these days getting to 1.50. Your off to a good start. The rest is easy. I suggest staying at 3.52m33-4 as a custom firmware, but some recommend 3.71m33-2. Here is a link to a winstaller. Just connect your psp to the computer. run the application and it will put all the necessary files in your memory stick, so all you have to do is run it under game and your good to go. Make sure you have 75% battery life with a charger plugged in.
http://www.sendspace.com/file/7ziefh There you go. Check your firmware after your done to see if your at 3.52 m33 and then format your memory stick after making a backup of what you want. Ill give you a link to update #4 if you want. It will bring you to 3.52m33-4
Oh>> and 1.50 is the weakest firmware i think, you cant even set a picture as your wallpaper, you dont get internet, you dont have the option of UMD auto start to turn off. It's just good for getting to a custom firmware. You can do anything with the firmware your going to get. UMD's, applications, plugins, all homebrew, massive stuff.

How do I get 3.52m33-4 custom firmware? Will it automatically install with this winstaller thing?

yeah, the link i gave you will get you to 3.52 m33 and then, for 3.52m33-4. All you do is put the 4th update folder into PSP>>GAME150>>__________ and then you run that under game, then you get m33-4 which is not the huge of a difference but is still real good.

you gave her the easy installer that includes the 4th update? i never seen one like that, i just seen the winstaller where you choose custom firmware or 1.50. and it throws the kxploit patcher and update in there for you ready to run. She didnt know where game was, how you have to go down on game to see the file.

up until 12.00 sometimes with coding man. going to be hard but we'll get there definetly by christmas. 3.80H6. were also trying to make a feture were it does not matter if you have a umd or not. so you can play umds and play iso's. lol hacker06. Sorry made but ur a little behind.
DAX already enabled the np6600 sony driver in 3.52m33-4, so 3.71m33+ has it as well. Too bad, would've been a good idea otherwise. Try making the psp able to play music and games @ the same time :P

there no need to make both of those twice! Haha, although he does have to get his own source code unless hes just tweakin one he found Or breaking everything down into pieces and making it his masterpiece. I say you make a custom firmware that has marvel vs. capcom 2 enabled. Haha...
