i have a psp version 3.71 and i was wondering if anyone can tell me how to downgrade the psp to v1.5 and how to put games onto it without paying anything.
please let me know as soon as possible.

to get to 1.5 without buying or paying for anything, you will need to borrow a psp that has custom firmware, and create pandora's battery. you need pandora's battery to downgrade your 3.71. there is no other way to downgrade anything 3.51 or higher without pandora's battery.

the alternate method, without paying, is to open your battery, and do some desoldering. only recommended for professionals.

no. pandora's battery is only made with a custom firmware psp or physically modding the battery.
