Does anyone know about this company? They are called Memtech Solutions Ltd and are at www.memtechsolutions.co.uk.

Just over a week ago i ordered the PS2 flip top with Swap Magic 3.6 bundle. They have taken the money out of my account too. I've emailed and rung them numerous times and yet to receive a response.

Not worried about delivery as such because postal strike will have caused delays but I am slightly concerned about the lack of response to my queries and the lack of letting me know what's going on.

I'm a tad worried because my issuse is that when i confirmed the payment of the order online the website seems to have crashed taking me to a "network error" page. However, when i clicked back the order details came up as confirmed with an order number etc. I've been trying to contact them for the past week and yet to get a response apart from the Computerland answerphone. Now the money has been taken out of my account, I'm a bit concerned about the status of it all and what's going on. I've left messages outlining all this by email and on their answerphone but yet to get a confirmation of what's happening.

Just wondering what kind of experiences everyone else has had really.
