I've been trying to put some games on my psp slim version 3.60 m33 modified with pandoras battery and memory stick. The firmware has been loaded poperly because in my system info, it now says 3.60 M33 instead of just 3.60. I tried loading the game folder, using my usb connection but the psp says file is currupt. I tried converting the folder an dumd data to an iso using UMDGEN but the iso doesn't even show up on my psp. This may seem like a dumb question but trust me, i've been reading but mos info is on downgrading and upgrading firmware. any help would be appreciated. Also i saw on you tube some psp slims with alot of games on the memory card. How do you fit so many games on it considering the average psp game is anywhere from 400-800mb. Thanks for any response.

Some homebrew games are very small files but most ISO backups are about 400-800MB. The people you have seen with lots of games have either very large memory cards (4GB or 8GB) or they have lots of homebrew.

Are you putting the ISO file into the following location:
MS0\ISO

(MS0 = Memory Stick Root)

Where is the memory stick root located or do i have to creae a folder called "memory stick". When i access my PSP drive, i see a psp folder, memstick.ind file and a mstk_pro.ind file. Inside the psp folder is a "saved data" folder and thats all. I've tried putting the iso in the saved data folder but that still doesn't work.

the root of your memory stick is when it has the folders/files called psp ,memstick.ind and mstk_pro.ind. that is the root when you cant click back anymore!!

eg this is your folder adress bar in red (x being your removable drive letter)

I tried putting the iso in that location but it did not play. it does not even show up. The memory stick shows that the space has been reduced but no game shows up. I'm not sure if there was some other file i needed to add to my pspslim after using the pandora's battery. I simply just modified the firmware with Pandora's battery then i tried to put iso's on it. Maybe there's a step i missed out.

Plug your PSP into your computer

Enable USB Mode

Double click on My Computer

Click On Drive X (Being Your Memory Card)

Inside This Folder Create A New Folder Called ISO

Put the game into this file.

^^ The method the user above me posted works 100% perfect ^^

In order to make it a little more user friendly, let me try to explain it this way:

The "Root" of your memory stick, is the very first folder you open. You know your in the root if you see these folders:

MP_ROOT
MUSIC
PICTURE
PSP
VIDEO

if you can see those folders your in the right spot. This is what you do from the Root of the Memory stick:

Right Click (anywhere that there is NOT a folder already at, so that it brings up a task bar that has:

View
Arrange Icons By
Refresh
Paste
Paste Shortcut
Undo Copy
New
Properties

once you see that task bar, you need to move your mouse over the word "New".

From the "New" task, click on "Folder".

You should now have A new folder in your Root thats called:

"New Folder"

Now rename that new folder:

ISO

So now your Root should have:

ISO
MP_ROOT
MUSIC
PICTURE
PSP
VIDEO

Now after you [legally] get your PSP game ISO's you just click and drag them into your newly created "ISO" Folder.

Once they are in your ISO Folder you can take the PSP out of the "USB Mode".

Now just go to your "GAME" folder on your PSP (as if you were going to launch A UMD Game)

Go all the way to the bottom of the GAME folder till you see an icon called "Memory Stick". Press the "X" button over this "Memory Stick" Icon and you will then see your Game ISO's (If you did everything right).

Now you can just press "X" over the desired game (they will have the name of the games) and then you can play.

enjoy.
