Will That Install all files needed to make pandora work on both slim and fat psps?

No it's only for fat. You will need it however as the rest gets added to the basic setup. Have a good look around, plenty info on here to keep you right.

Is There A Easy Installer that will install all the files i need to have on the card to make it a universal pandora?

no. no one has developed a easy installer for the universal unbricker. at least, i don't think there's one.

Damn. Im Not Smart enough to put all the needed files into the right place..Anyone want to make me a Rar of there Card And Post a Dl Link For Me..
