ive been getting complaints about redirecting people to this turtoil on a different site so here it is

Hey Im new here but not a noob in psp modding and hacking so i decided to make a thread about making a universal unbricker

First you will need a spare Memory Stick Pro Duo(Any above 32mb will do(i used a 128mb)

A spare battery and make sure its not a fake

Working:

- Sony "standard" Li-ion 1800 mAh
- Sony PSP-280 2200mAh
- Datel, PSP Battery 3600 mAh (X2)
- Datel, PSP Battery 1800 Max Power
- Datel, PSP Battery GO MAX (Model # GM1000, uses AAA batteries) note: If u remove the batteries, it resets the serial back to all 0's

Not working:

- 3.6v 3600 mAh Battery Pack (Silver letters) (Model PSP-360) (Fake)
- 2600 mAh Mega Battery Pack (Fake)
- Atomic Battery Pack 3.6V 1800mAh
- Sony PSP-280 2200mAh (Fake)
- Sony PSP Bloc-Battery pack 3.6v 1800 mAh
- Battery 3600mAh, unknown brand, (china made model NK-RH008) (Fake)
- Battery Pack, unknown brand, (lithium) 3.6v 3600 mAH (Fake)
- Intec 1800 mAh Li-ion
- Intec 2200 mAh
- UltraLast e-Boost 3.7v 2200mAh Li-PO battery

So After You got your spares download the El Despertar del Cementerio v3 (Universal Unbricker V3) DOWNLOAD NOW

Open it with WinRar

You Should Have 3 Files, desptar_cementerio, leeme.txt and the readme.txt

ONLY DO THIS IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE A PANDORAS BATTERY, SKIP DOWN IF YOU DO

Format using the c+d mspformat by:

1.Plug in your USB cord from your computer to your psp

2.Download the original pandoras battery folder from HERE and only take out the msformat.exe from the mspformat and drag it into your desktop.

3. Open Up Command Prompt by going into run and typing in cmd a DOS-like window should pop up.

4.Drag the mspformat.exe into the Command Prompt

5. Press the space key and type in the letter of the drive your psp is in (Ex: mspformat.exe H)

6. Text should pop up saying are you sure you want to format the drive type in Y and hit enter.

DONE PEOPLE WITH PANDORAS BATTERY CAN START READING

Unplug the psp and plug it again

Copy the folder despertar_cementerio to PSP/GAME/

Download 1.50, 3.40 and 3.71 update eboots and copy them to ms root with
150.PBP, 340.PBP and 371.PBP names,DOWNLOAD HERERun the app under a cfw with 2.x or 3.x kernel

Now Here we go again this is for people who Are Not using an original Pandoras Battery, if you are you can skip past this

Make PSP folder on the root in the memory stick and within that make a folder called GAME.copy the pandora_battery, pandora_battery%, pbfirm_install, and the pbfirm_install% into the GAME folder. Download the 1.50 ebbot and rename it UPDATE.PBP and copy it to the ROOT of the PSP memory stick . If you you have a 1.5 PSP no problem , If you have Custom Firmware make sure you turn on the 1.5 kernel mode

11) Disconnect your PSP . Scroll to GAME and click on ?Pandora?s Battery Firm. Installer? it will take a few moments . After its done remove the MS from the PSP turn it off then place it back in and turn the PSP back on again, you HAVE to do this .

12) Connect your PSP to the PC . A Few files and folders will be formed in your ROOT , now copy the msipl.bin from the root to the ?msinst Folder? which is inside your extracted Pandora folder .

START >RUN type in CMD . That black box will open again . Now copy the address of the msinst.exe followed by the PSP drive letter followed by the address of the msipl.bin

Now if your PC shows C:/ in your CMD it should be something like this (with reference to PSP?s drive as I)

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Desktop\PANDORA\msinst\msinst.exe I Documents and Settings\username\Desktop\PANDORA\msinst\msipl.bin

IF you PC shows C:\Documents and Setting\Username> then it will look something like this :

C:\Documents and Settings\username>Desktop\PANDORA\msinst\msinst.exe I Desktop\PANDORA\msinst\msipl.bin

If you did it right you will get a prompt like (this promp will differ from PC to PC) :

>>> PSP MS IPL Installer
>>> Load IPL code msipl.bin
>>> 241664 bytes(59 block) readed
>>> Target DRIVE is 1
>>> Check partation Sector
>>> boot status 0x80
>>> start head 0x0B
>>> start sec/cyl 0x0018

>>> Check BPB Sector

>>> Are You Sure ?[Y]

Type in Y and you will get

>>> Write MS BOOT CODE

DONE

Now you can delete 340 and 150 PBP's, as they won't be used more; but 371.PBP will be used for unbricker, so don't delete it.

Now you have an universal pandora ms ready to go, and you just need a proper battery. if you have 1.50 kernal acces use the guid below

MAKING A UNIVERSAL BATTERY

After you have the magic MS leave it in the PSP then , Turn on your psp and go to Pandora?s battery Creator , make sure you have the spare battery in it . I Recommend backing up so you can make the pandora battery into a normal one press ?triangle " first it will back up then go to ?Pandora?s battery Creator? again and press X ? You normal spare battery is now a ? PANDORA UNBRICKING BATTERY ? WOO HOO? You did it .

NOTE :when the Pandora?s battery Creator loads and if you get ?ERROR at address 0x27? or a similar error you are screwed , you cant turn that battery into a Pandora battery but you can use it as a normal battery . Use another battery and try again . How do I know this ??? coz I got screwed too : P .
