I just recently bought Darkstalkers Chronicles and It says you don't have enough Memory Stick Space...But I have 2Gbs left on my Memory Stick..

Why am I getting this?? My friend doesn't have that error message...

did you get the memory stick from ebay? if you did, then it's 99% fake. check the magicgate status. in the xmb, go to memory stick and press triangle. information will show on the right. choose it, and look at the magicgate info. if it shows supported, then the stick is real. if it's unknown or blank, then it's a fake

most likely you have to reformat the memory stick. before you do, copy everything on it to the computer.

once done, do the following:
-open a command prompt (start->run->cmd)
-once open, type "format (psp drive letter): /fs:fat
-it will ask "are you sure", type "y"
-then it will ask to use 64k cluster, type "y"

once done, copy everything back to the memory stick.

do the format i listed. can't hurt. it also increases read time, so your iso/cso games won't lag as much.

also, the 8gig is fairly new, so it might not be stable. but some members who have 8gig memory stick said that it works fine.

It says...

The volume is to Big for Fat16/12

This is what I put in the cmd prompt...

format K:/fs:fat

then just run a normal format. and see if darkstalkers still gives the error
