I came across this problem and having done some research, have found some sort of an answer...there are many, ok, so, no worries, and most important...don't get stressed about this...THERE IS A HUGE AMOUNT with this procedure going on. Plus there is an awful lot of info/choices/possibilities....TO CONSIDER. Just take your time and be methodical. always best.

Choices:

Magic ISO
Alcohol 120%
Power ISO.

I chose Magic ISO. It works with the problem I had.
Just one thing of note.
CHECK the ''settings''/''options'', usually found in the TOOLS or in SETTINGS or PROPERTIES of some kind[you shud perhaps do this with all softwares that you install on ur pc, always!].

Make sure the choice-----''all'' types of files is checked. The default is not always ''all'' types.

Then just use your head a little. READ THE ''Friggin'' MANUAL[sorry for my poor french!.lol]...v. important if you get to a stumbling block.
Leave it open on the screen beside what you are doing...you have a point of reference then...
well, that's me done for now...Good luck to you now, if you have this difficulty. just persevere and ''don't stress''. right
