Problem trying to create Pandora's Battery....Help Plse!

Every time i hit the create pandora's battery, it comes up with (the game could not be started)....what am i doing wrong?

go to recoverymode then put it on 1.5 kernel

Are you running on custom firmware?
If so go into the recovery menu and into advanced and then change the kernel and try again.
Also cheque the UMD settings you have, if you are running 3.71 M33 change to Sony. If you are running any other custom firmware choose UMD Required and make sure that you have a UMD inserted when trying to run the app.

Ok thanks, that worked. Now what do i do?
I'm trying to downgrade a v3.60 slim psp.
