internet browswer not working

i have 3.52 m33 on my psp. i am tryin to start my internet browswer but it doesnt work. a blue screen keeps popping up and has a bunch of different languages. one is in english. n it says setting information is corrupted. press the O button to repair and restore default settings. whenever i press the O nothing happens for a couple of seconds and then it just turns off. when i turn it back on and try to start it again the same screen pops up. can someone help me with this problem

try to acces recovery. you need to downgrade back to firmware 1.50 and reflash to 3.52 m33 again.

Follow the top part of the guide HERE.

After you recover back to 1.50 go HERE and update back to 3.52 M33-4 CFW.
