Computer keeps restoring its factory settings

My computer (along with the desktop) keeps resetting itself to its factory settings.

What my desktop looked like yesterday:

Why is this happening? I restored my computer from a restore point, and nothing happened. Tried resetting it, nothing. How can I fix this?
