im pretty sure they do. im not too positive because ive been on m33 for a while. anyways, i assure you that you need not be freightened by upgrading. everything is working perfectly fine in the newer firmwares.

Since you have a 3.40 OE-A firmware use this Universal Unbricker guide HERE (This method will update even if your PSP is not bricked and you just want to update).

This is the safest way to upgrade. This Universal Unbricker/Upgrader will install 3.71 M33-2 (Latest custom firmware) and you can also install 1.50 ADD ON-2.

If you don't want to update to 3.71 M33-2 + 1.50 ADD ON-2 then follow this guide HERE to update to 3.52 M33-4.

i was also scared the 1st time b4 i upgrde.tht time i am on 1.50 n want to go to 3.03OE-C n after 4 days askin noob question then i upgrade n after tht its nothing 4 me...look at my sig..

n right now we have universal unbricker so dont have to scare like the old times...
