Hi to all.
In the post after this my log will be posted, so as to avoid getting muddled up.

Anyway, svtstang thanks for the reply, and I am sorry for taking so long to reply back, I was away from comp a few days.

No worries, as long as there are not weird spaces all over the place I do not mind the color.
Did not get any message? Not sure I follow you here, if you are talking about some type of notification from HJT there is not one, so that is normal.
Anyway, here is the only entry I found, this entry is totally legit and up to you if you really need it or not:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\Lib\NMIndexStoreSvr.exe
That is the only entry I do not like. It is not harmful in any way, I just despise Nero Scout! Bottom line, your log is very clean, keep doing what you are doing :)
On a side note, you do have quite a few applications launching at start up as well as active processes. If you ever begin to experience slowdown make sure to go through those 04 entries and weed out the truly unnecessary startup apps.

I have been wanting to get rid of a few start up apps, but I have no idea how to tell which ones which, and which ones I need or dont need.
Please could you help me on the start apps? Thanks
The only things I want on start up is my Anti-Virus, and thats it.
Anyway, yeah thats what I meant Notification, its normal then? Thats good to know.
I will get rid of that Nero Scout, I don't use it anyway, I also hate it.
